Based on performance evaluation on suppliers and services, develop the corrective action plan, then service quality shall continuously improve.To develop and analyze transportation mode and packaging to meet cost target and MEQ standard.Verify correct information received concerning export & import policy, regulation and Operation procedure, then communicate within the company and suppliers through procedure changes and orientation if necessary.To manage direct and indirect materials to arrive the company right on time and right quantity at the lowest cost.To analyze and identify potential delivery problems.Verify correct information received after cycle count and approved inventory adjustment if exceeding tolerance level. Verify and develop logistics plan and strategy to reach specify target lead time and cost every fiscal year...
