Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute material requirement planning (MRP) based on production forecasts and repair volumes
· Ensure optimal inventory levels and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock
· Oversee warehouse operations including stock accuracy and cycle counts
· Lead sourcing and procurement activities
· Negotiate pricing, lead time, and contract terms with suppliers
· Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and responsiveness
· Align material availability with production and repair schedules
· Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities
· Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
· Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes
· Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements
· Lead and manage planning, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams
