What YouWill Do
1.Quality Management system:Assist plant quality lead and QMS to develop, maintain and optimize quality system (ISO9000: 2015 & IATF16949:2016). Promote the BIQS and the other CSRs per business strategy direction
2Quality Assurance :lead the quality team to set up/upgrade the quality cultureto persue to zero defect mindset throughout
3Quality continual improvement: Periodic review the quality performance with Team for continual quality improvement,To monitor all activities and drive improvement through prevention
4Customer satisfaction:Guide MQA team to deal with customer quality issues and complains, support the customer audit and drive quality improvement activities to ensure total customer satisfaction
