Job Description
Responsibilities : -
- VFD & PLC – Installation & Basic programming.
- Knowledge and hands on improving MTTR and MTBF of machines.
- Controlling the Spares consumption – by effective PM.
- Hands on resolving machine breakdowns and implementing permanent solution.
- Lead the Predictive Maintenance workings and plan the activities based on the criticality of the findings.
- Hands on TPM implementation.
- Lead the Safety working of the department and train the subordinates.
- Plant modernisation projects – Integrating Industry 4.0 system.
- Knowledge and hands on Utilities which includes – Air Compressors, Chillers (including water cooled and Air cooled), Cooling towers, RO plant, STP plant, RTPFC/APFC, PCC panels, RMU, VCB, ACB, Nitrogen generating plant, Centralized Air Conditioners, HVAC, AHU, HT transformers and its statutory maintaining requirements, Electrical statutory requirements as per factory/electrical inspector r...
