Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Maintenance Manager, is responsible for overseeing all facility maintenance services within the plant and ensuring that equipment reliability objectives are met. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and a systematic approach to assessing, determining, and executing capital expenditures and maintenance enhancement needs. Key focus areas include ensuring the preventive maintenance system is healthy, functional and on target, strategic planning for future development and capacity expansion, monitoring and optimizing processes, and leading and mentoring staff.
