Job Description

Role purpose: 
The macOS/JAMF SME will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enterprise macOS ecosystem, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device management using JAMF Pro. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining macOS management solutions, driving automation, ensuring compliance, and providing expert-level support for escalated incidents. The SME will act as a technology advisor for Apple endpoint strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational excellence.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•7–10 years of experience in macOS device management in an enterprise environment.
•Expert-level proficiency with JAMF Pro for policy enforcement, device enrollment, patching, and app deployment.
•Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem technologies (DEP, VPP, MDM, Apple Business Manager).
