Job Description: Manager Legal (Litigation)
Manager- Legal (Litigation) will support the organization to carry out various activities and assignments effectively in a time bound manner with pragmatic and holistic approach. He/she will be supporting and working with the Legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle/Follow up on Court cases, as and when required. Coordinate with other departments within the organization to get timely information / documents that required for any court proceedings.
Collaborate with external Advocates to manage litigations of the organization pending before various courts of law including RERA, Consumer Forums, Civil Court, High Court, Supreme Court.
Tracking and monitoring of all the litigations and timely updating of day to day court proceedings.
Drafting of legal notices, reply to legal notices, review and vetting of various drafts shared by external Advocates and ensure timely filing of such documents before the concerned ...
