We are seeking a dedicated Manager for our Lerang Research Station — Skretting’s trial facility located in Forsand municipality. You will join a team of enthusiastic researchers, research technicians, and project coordinators. This role is ideal for someone who values strong teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement. It requires solid leadership skills and a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency. As Manager, you will oversee the team’s daily activities and ensure effective resource allocation to support operational goals. You will also be responsible for developing team capabilities through ongoing support and training. While your primary collaboration will be within Skretting Aquaculture Innovation at all levels, the role also involves significant interaction with Skretting operating companies, external partners, and governmental authorities.
