Job Description

As part of the Group Talent, Leadership, Learning and Culture function, the Learning Administration & Learning Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling the Group’s learning strategy through strong operational governance, systems excellence, and end‑to‑end delivery oversight of learning and development across the Group.

Reporting to the Group Head of Learning , this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality learning operations and efficient delivery of learning and development programs across the organisation enabling growth and development of employees. The role acts as the operational backbone of Group Learning CoE—translating strategy into disciplined execution, data‑driven insights, and seamless learner experiences across markets.
