Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions.

  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.

  • Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
