About the Role

The role will be a learning business partner role that is focused on working back with the relevant business units to design and implement learning interventions to support business outcomes.
  • Supports the development of organisational L&D strategy to meet training and development needs, manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
  • To partner with business units to identify suitable learning interventions that can support the business in meeting their business objectives.
  • Drives the establishment of a thriving learning culture through the design and implementation of strategic interventions and activities at both departmental and organizational level.
