About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic manager to lead end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), and Performance Management initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leaders to build talent capability, strengthen performance culture, and ensure sustainable leadership pipelines across the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, including training needs analysis, skills gap analysis, training execution, evaluation, budget management, and reporting.
- Plan and manage the annual training calendar, including sourcing internal and external training programs and overseeing training logistics, administration, funding, claims, and bonding matters.
