Job Description

Strategically leads the design and execution of institution-wide learning and talent development programs for all non-teaching personnel to build a robust leadership pipeline. This role collaborates with management to foster a continuous improvement culture that aligns capability-building with institutional goals, innovation, and Lasallian values.

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Business/Public Administration, Education, Psychology, Sociology or Human Resource Management. Having Post Graduate Studies (graduated or has taken units) is an advantage
  • At least two (2) certifications in any of the following: Training the Trainer, Facilitation Skills, Powerful Presentation Skills, Coaching for Success/Breakthrough Coaching, Proactive Customer Service, Management Development, Supervisory Development Training
  • At least seven (7) years of part-time/full-time college teaching and/or corporate training; Has designed ...
