Responsibilities:
Champion a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed development, knowledge sharing, and growth across the organization.
Consult and partner with business leaders and People Partners to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and prioritize learning initiatives aligned to business objectives.
Stay current on L&D trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating relevant approaches into learning strategies and program design. Oversee the design and delivery of learning programs, including new-hire onboarding, employee development, and compliance training, ensuring quality and consistency.
Guide the creation and curation of engaging, relevant learning content, leveraging modern, scalable instructional design approaches across virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments.
