Key Responsibilities
Design and implement learning interventions that drive real performance and behavior change, not just program completion
Understand and work closely with people dynamics, performance management systems (PMS), analytics, and overall organizational functioning
Build scalable learning solutions suited for a dynamic, evolving business
Act as a change enabler, supporting leaders and teams through growth, transformation, and new ways of working
Partner closely with business leaders as a thought partner, proactively identifying capability gaps rather than acting as an order-taker
Use data, insights, and observation to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business impact
