Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning interventions that drive real performance and behavior change, not just program completion
- Understand and work closely with people dynamics, performance management systems (PMS), analytics, and overall organizational functioning
- Build scalable learning solutions suited for a dynamic, evolving business
- Act as a change enabler, supporting leaders and teams through growth, transformation, and new ways of working
