Gigamon is seeking a dynamic Manager, Learning & Development,  to join our People team. In this strategic role, reporting directly to our Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development , you will be responsible for creating and leading a comprehensive Learning & Organizational Development strategy that encompasses talent development, executive coaching, and innovative learning programs. You will collaborate with People Partners and cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives around succession planning, competency building, performance management, and employee engagement. Your mission is to deliver forward-thinking, agile learning experiences that empower our leaders to build strong talent pipelines and foster a culture of continuous learning.
