Reporting to the Vice President, Labour Relations, the Manager, Labour Relations is responsible for leading a team of Advisors and Coordinators in supporting union‑affiliated operating groups across the organization. In this role, you will oversee the team’s delivery of Labour Relations activities aligned with the needs of multiple operating groups. By leveraging the expertise of the Labour Relations Centre of Excellence (COE), you will apply a strong understanding of the business, industry, and market conditions to drive efficiencies and foster effective internal and external relationships at all levels.

Using both conceptual and practical expertise, you will guide and influence the business in areas such as collective bargaining, grievance management, union and non‑union labour strategy implementation, and the delivery of Labour Relations education programs.
