Summary You will serve as a Manager in the Submarine Combat Systems & Communications Support Branch of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Responsibilities You will make plans that affect the organization's long range goals, objectives, and direction, and require an analytical approach in order to forecast future trends and outcomes. You will coordinate and integrate the work of lower organizational units, each of which may involve distinct areas of responsibility and require different skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the work. You will help to identify where correction action is needed and provide assistance and advise branch members, division leadership team, and division-wide project leads and engineers.
