Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology with a significant focus on Supply Chain Logistics and Transportation systems.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity (e.g., as a team lead, project lead, or formal manager).
- Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP Transportation Management (TM) is highly preferred. Experience with SAP WM/EWM or other logistics execution systems is also beneficial.
- Knowledge of a Route planning solution such as Descartes Route Planner and its mobile solutions is a plus.
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in partnership with business, Product and PMO (Project Management Office) stakeholders.
- A player-coach mindset with the ability to provide strong technical direction while also focusing on developing the skills and careers of your team members.
