Your Role

We are looking for aManager ITto maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft/Linux Server and Client operating systems (Mac, Windows & Linux). General maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities. Your goal will be to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently

A Day in the Life

  • Co-ordinating with IT engineers for day today IT operations and make sure all offered services to clients
    are up and functioning uninterruptedly.
  • Monitoring the IT engineer’s productivity and tracking quality of service delivery
