Job Summary
Primary objective is to manage, lead, and provide direction for infrastructure services. Primary functions include server management, hardware capacity, preventative maintenance, and work prioritization. Drives maximization of server functions and capacity planning, cost savings, solutions management, work prioritization and vendor interfaces. Drives relationship management by collaborating with external hardware and software providers and key internal partners including application owners and outsourced operations partner.
