Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business analysis for IT solutions for Logistics and DTC functions globally. Gather and document functional and technical requirements and user stories for WMS and OMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Collaborate with business teams, solution architects, vendors, and internal IT teams in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare project phases. Provide technical and functional leadership on platforms such as Blue Yonder WMS and IBM DOM. Ensure successful system integrations with e-commerce platforms, transportation management systems, and global logistics partners. Support hypercare and production operations, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
