About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Investor Relations Campaigns to join our team at MUFG Pension & Market Services. In this role, you will partner closely with the Head of Advisory to deliver multi-channel shareholder engagement campaigns, ensuring our clients receive outstanding operational support. Your work will directly enable our Business Development Managers to grow and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and the Head of Advisory Services to deliver retail and proxy campaigns for our clients.
  • Manage, produce, and analyse daily campaign reports throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Execute campaign strategies and manage projects to meet client expectations.
