Manager - Investment Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manager Investment Operations to own the operational and documentation backbone of our investment process. The role covers end-to-end handling of investment documentation, along with a careful, investor-protective review and negotiation of various investment agreements and other investment-related documents. The role also extends to post-investment handling monitoring portfolio companies, managing corporate actions, and coordinating documentation through follow-on rounds and exits. The ideal candidate combines strong diligence and document literacy with the ability to coordinate smoothly across teams and take full ownership of their work-stream. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of all investments related documentation from obtaining and verifying documents through to closure, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
