Inventory Governance & Control

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions across warehouse management systems and financial systems.
  • Own inventory reconciliation between General Ledger and Sub-Ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and timely month‑end close.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy across all owned warehouses, stores, and 3PL locations.

Shrinkage, Expiry & Risk Management

  • Lead shrinkage, expiry, and damage analysis across warehouses and stores, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
  • Review and challenge inventory adjustments and loss claims, particularly those originating from 3PL operations.
  • Proactively identify inventory risks and elevate issues that may impact financial results or operational continuity.
