Manager Internal Audit

Job Summary

The Manager-Internal Audit (IA) RoW will support the planning, organizing, and directing the RoW site audit team which will leverage synergies across the EMEA and APAC region and align with the Internal Audit department to drive a uniform, efficient, and effective internal control and compliance organization. Through thoughtful leadership, the manager will prepare and implement risk-based integrated audits and assess, report on and make recommendations for improving Eaton's policies, processes and internal control framework.This role will report to the Internal Audit Director, RoW and partner with the regional business and Finance leaders to lead various aspects of Eaton's risk management and mitigation. This role will be a talent leader and position the IA RoW team as a developmental destination for top talent that will gain significant experience and exposure that will prepare the team for greater roles inside Eaton.
