The ICM Manager is responsible for leading the execution of indirect channel operations across Southern Europe with a focus on Spain and Portugal, ensuring the consistent implementation of global ICM standards and the effective management of partner performance. The role works closely with local leadership and commercial teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive operational discipline, and deliver measurable results within a strong compliance framework.
As a member of the SITE Committee Iberia and a Division’s extended EMEA Leadership Team, the ICM Manager also serves as the Division’s ICM Partner, driving executional alignment, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the indirect channel landscape. This role reports to the Director, ICM SE.
