 This position is aiming to standardize and optimize inbound operations and customs process. This role ensures seamless execution across all relevant functions within SCM department, enabling the organization to meet business service requirements efficiently and effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Operations Management

  • Lead the execution and maintenance of global lead time reviews and inbound cost analysis to support financial and operational planning
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams and external service providers to enhance system capabilities and support tender processes
  • Manage inbound logistics performance by monitoring metrics, updating SOPs and shipping guidelines, and overseeing 3PLs and carrier service quality
