The Manager in Training role is a career-building role for experienced sales leaders, in which you will move through a 3-phase training program that will develop you and set you up for success as a Manager within the Ashley Canada brand. You will learn the business through phased training on the roles of Sales Team Member, Sales Manager, and Store Manager, and hone your skills while supporting your assigned store as well as other stores in your region.
