To learn all aspects of the Store Manager position by managing the daily operations of a fast-paced retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all areas, including customer service, inventory management, and sales. The role is focused on creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers while maintaining a productive work environment for staff. This position reports to the District Manager, who evaluates performance annually.
