Manager ILS Proposals

We are seeking a Manager – ILS Proposals to lead and coordinate the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team within the Proposals department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality proposal packages for large-scale maritime defence programs. You will drive the development and continuous improvement of the proposal process while fostering close cooperation with departments such as Engineering, Research & Development, and Procurement.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of tender processes, ensuring compliance with both industry standards and client expectations.
