Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations. Interact with customers and manage the quality system to achieve quality objectives. Collaborate with all applicable functions within the site to determine appropriate process improvements and implement actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS. Review all corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval. Conduct analytical reviews of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty.
