Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Test maintenance and Engineering Management.
- Manage the maintenance area.
- Execute Tester build plan.
- Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area.
- Improve the efficiency of test area.
- Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
- Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products.
- Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue.
- Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience in mass production environment. Preferably in Product/Test Engineering
- With good computer literacy and good communication skill.
