Job Summary:
This leader of Indirect Channel Management (ICM) is the key role in developing and executing strategy related to all Indirect Channels in Japan, and also closely working with SCM(Sales Channel Management team) in line with local management process. The role will require cross functional collaboration and commercial focused, working with regional and global ICM leads to ensure global standards on ICs are implemented within the region. They will also ensure there is continuous improvement in how channel partners are managed by ensuring both performance growth and operating with robust compliance standards.
