Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.
- Develop staffing plans aligned with peak seasons, special events, and operational needs.
- Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment, and community outreach programs.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a timely and fair manner.
- Develop engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Support recognition programs and team-building activities.
