Job Title: Manager HSE (Level 3)

Reports to: Senior Manager Network Operations

Main Job Functions:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with Uganda's Occupational Safety and Health Act 2006, NEMA regulations, and telecommunications industry standards. 

  • Ensure compliance with the National Environment Act including obtaining and maintaining all necessary environmental permits, licenses, Environmental Project Briefs, and Certificates of Approval from NEMA for telecom infrastructure.
