Key requirements are

• Experience - 7-12 years
• Post-Graduation, MBA in Human resource preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure basic HR hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues.
• Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees.
• Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives.
• Drive performance management and rewards for the employees.
• Carry out employee retention plan in the defined geography.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement initiatives within allocated, budget.
• Identify high performing employees and help with career progression, opportunities.
