Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, HR Business Support Services and Projects, the Manager leads the HR Business Support Services (HRBSS) team responsible for supportin PeopleSoft, RMS, and eRecords. This role serves as the primary liaison between HR Shared Services, IT, and business stakeholders, providing leadership, oversight, mentoring, hiring, performance management, and direction for Senior Analysts and Analysts. The Manager ensures the timely delivery of HR system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support while building strong relationships with HR operational teams and users across the organization.
The role drives innovation to enhance the user experience, supports HR process improvements, and helps define the HR systems roadmap by advancing integration, standardization, efficiency, and productivity.
