About the Role :

The Manager HR Operations and Payrol l will be responsible in ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR operational processes, compliance adherence, payroll execution, automation support, and overall governance of HR systems and documentation.


Job Description:

  • Manage monthly payroll execution, reconciliations, and documentation as per defined timelines
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory obligations like PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF, and other labor laws
  • File quarterly and annual Income Tax returns accurately and within due dates
  • Maintain half-yearly Professional Tax workings
  • Own the compliance tracker and ensure updates are submitted each month
  • Involve in Salary Bench Marking.
