Manager – General Ledger (US GAAP) Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
Perform day-to-day General Ledger activities including:
Journal entries
Accruals
Account reconciliations
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all GL transactions.
Independently manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial results.
Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams to support financial planning and business decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
