Manager, Growth & Analytics

Role Summary The Manager, Wealth Growth & Analytics supports revenue generation through analytics‑led client acquisition, lifecycle management, lead optimization, and campaign enablement across BMO Wealth Management. Working in close partnership with business stakeholders and under the direction of senior leadership, this role translates data, market insights, and stakeholder input into actionable insights and recommendations, contributing to end‑to‑end insight generation and the application of performance insights to improve targeting, strategies, and program design. The role also contributes to the development of robust tracking of campaign, journey, and channel performance, supporting closed‑loop learning and continuous improvement in outcomes, while helping advance Ambition 2030 priorities and efforts to develop AI‑enabled insights and data‑driven capabilities.
