Job Summary
Work in collaboration with all Office of Medical Education (OME) departments and residency programs to provide leadership and direction in the management of accreditation related activities to meet and exceed all graduate medical education requirements.Manage and provide leadership to the OME team members by planning, organizing, monitoring, administering, coaching, modeling, evaluating and educating. Ensure OME team members receive the appropriate training and education needed to provide quality outcomes and compliance with OME governing regulations. Ensure OME team members provide quality support to their assigned departments, residency programs and the organization as a whole. Ensure OME team members positively affect the overall morale of the OME departments and the organization.
