Manager, Global Privacy Compliance (Waterloo)

Responsibilities:

• Supports the development and implementation of enterprise privacy policies, standards, and workflows
• Leads and supports program-related projects and change-related activities
• Assists senior level team members with tasks and assignments as needed
• Functions as an enterprise privacy program SME
• Represents Global Privacy on global projects and initiatives
• Coordinates and performs analysis on complex concepts that may require in-depth research and interpretation and provides sustainable solutions
• Collaborates with all areas of the organization to ensure efficient implementation and maintenance of the enterprise privacy program and operating model
• Oversees enterprise privacy control monitoring and related reporting
