1. Transaction Management

  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and collections
  • Manage credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments across multi-level channels
2. Ledger & Bookkeeping
  • Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions
  • Perform periodic ledger scrutiny and cleanup
3. Inventory & Cost Accounting
  • Track inventory valuation across multiple product lines
  • Reconcile stock with financial records
  • Support pricing, margin analysis, and cost tracking
4. Bank & Cash Management
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow and fund movements
