The Data Center Field Engineering Team is the engineering owner for the lifecycle of AWS data centers. This includes supporting new designs/innovations through data center end-of-life, with a focus on root cause analysis of failures, capacity and availability improvement, and optimization of the existing fleet.
We're looking for an experienced Manager, Technical Program Management to join our Field Engineering global programs team dedicated to leading, mentoring, and coaching our team of skilled Technical Program Managers. You will hire & lead a diverse and creative team solving technical problems across our global Amazon Data Centers to scale and improve business practices around the world.
