​​As aCapabilities & LearningManager, you willjoin the Global Capabilities & Learning (C&L) Organization andbe responsible for designing and deliveringCapabilities & LearningPrograms, workshops, and resources that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams, ultimately driving business growth and efficiency under the direction of theDirector,Capabilities & LearningMarketing & R&D.​

EssentialFunctions &Responsibilities

  • ​​Own the design, development, and delivery of acapabilities &learning portfolio on a global scale, including overall project management,instructional design,budgeting, and vendor management whereappropriate inpartnership and collaboration withdifferent solution partners (e.g.Global and ZoneFunctionalLeads, IT,and HRBPs).
