About the Role

•Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction in the frontend tech stack, ensuring the team adopts best practices and modern technologies.
• Innovation & Optimization: Continuously drive UI innovation and optimize frontend architecture and performance.
• Business Alignment: Understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with product goals.
  • Ensure Code Quality: Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
  • Build and fix UI components with complex features and design reusable component libraries to drive optimization
