What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coach a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
• Own the technical delivery and implementation timelines for multiple customer accounts, ensuring objectives are accurately mapped to our platform’s capabilities.
• Understand implementation mechanics and configuration best practices; triage technical blockers and build sustainable solutions.
• Connect technical delivery outcomes to business milestones, managing team capacity and utilization to maximize impact.
