Manager for Operators Team - Line Filling Operations

Your new role

As Manager, you will have direct leadership responsibility for a team of 18 operators and 2 apprentices, as well as responsibility for ensuring the stable operation of two conventional filling lines. This is a dual role combining people leadership with hands-on operational coordination, giving you close knowledge of Novo Nordisk's production processes and strong opportunities to grow professionally, personally and as a leader.
